Shipping policy
We are thrilled to offer FREE worldwide shipping on our building kits! To ensure you know exactly when to expect your new project, the total delivery time is divided into two parts: Processing and Shipping.
1. Processing Time
This step encompasses order verification, picking, quality checks, and secure packaging. Orders are dispatched to the manufacturer within 24 hours of placement.
Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for the warehouse to fully process and prepare your order for the shipping carrier.
2. Shipping Time
This is the time it takes for the package to travel from our warehouse to your destination. Timelines vary based on your location:
- United States: Approximately 10 business days. US orders are dispatched directly from our California warehouse via UPS or USPS.
- European Union: Approximately 7 to 14 business days. If an item is not currently stocked in our primary UK or France warehouses, it requires a brief transfer (about 7 days) before final delivery to your door with a local tracking number.
- International & JEKCA Sculptures: Approximately 14 to 20 business days. We partner with reliable global carriers including DHL, DPD, Parcelforce, Chronopost, 4PX, UPS, and USPS to ensure safe delivery.

Important Shipping Notices
- Excluded Regions: Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to the following regions: Canary Islands, Melilla, Ceuta, Sardinia, and the Azores.
- Customs & Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply upon arrival in their country. Please note that we have no control over customs processing and are not responsible for delays caused by local customs offices.
