Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your building kit. If something isn't right, we are here to help. Please review our complete cancellation, return, and refund policies below.

1. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund as long as it is still in the "processing" status. For EU/UK customers, please see Section 3 regarding your legal statutory cancellation windows.

2. Standard Returns (US & International)

If you change your mind, you have 14 calendar days from the date your item is delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original undamaged packaging, and in the exact condition you received it.

Unless the item arrived faulty or damaged, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. For standard returns outside of the EU, original shipping charges are non-refundable and a 5% handling fee based on the retail price of the item will be deducted from your total refund.

3. European Union (EU) & UK Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing within the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • Withdrawal Period: The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good/item in your order.
  • Return-After-Notice Timing: Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us.
  • Outbound Shipping & Fees: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard outbound delivery. We do not charge restocking or handling fees for EU/UK statutory returns. You will, however, bear the direct cost of return shipping to our warehouse.
  • Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made items, personalized goods, or unsealed items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons. Please note that clearance and sale items are not excluded from your EU statutory right of withdrawal, provided they are returned in their original condition.

4. How to Start a Return Request

To initiate a cancellation, return, or withdrawal request, please visit our automated return portal directly at: https://account.laminifigs.com

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your request is logged in the portal, you will be provided with the correct return warehouse address. We highly recommend capturing a quick photo of the item's unopened condition prior to shipping to ensure a seamless verification process.

5. Refunds & Processing

Refund Timing: For EU customers, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; however, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods. For US/International customers, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt and inspection at our warehouse.

Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. It often takes an additional 3-5 business days for financial institutions to officially post the credit to your account.

Non-returnable items (Excluding EU/UK): Outside of the EU/UK statutory window, gift cards and clearance/sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or missing parts due to our error. If you receive a faulty item, we will happily replace it or refund you completely (including delivery charges). Please reach out via our support channels immediately so we can make it right!

Missing or Stolen Parcels

At LAminifigs, we prioritize the safe delivery of your orders. However, we cannot assume financial responsibility for packages that are stolen or go missing after the carrier has marked them as "Delivered" to your address.

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, please take the following steps:

  • Check the premises: Look around your porch, side doors, or check with neighbors to see if it was misdelivered.
  • Contact the Carrier: Reach out directly to the final-mile carrier (e.g., USPS, DHL, DPD, UPS) with your tracking number.
  • File a Claim: If the carrier confirms the package was stolen, you may need to file a report with local authorities and open a claim with the carrier or your insurance provider.
