A user of the Reddit website made a video where he showed how to separate two small 1x2 LEGO plates using the mysterious device from the kit, the existence of which many did not even suspect. And now people are grateful to him for saving them from pain.
A guy under the nickname the-asian-noodle made a post on Reddit where he shared his recent discovery. Namely, in a way that helps save Lego lovers from the urgent problem of separating two small plates. To do this, you just need to use a couple of details, the role of which often caused collectors only questions. People simply did not know about all the possibilities of these devices.
I figured out how to separate two 1x2 LEGO plates!!! from r/teenagers
In the published video, the user shows how he takes two connected small plates and two orange tools, which are called dividers. He attaches one of them to the bottom plate, the second to the top. Thus, he gets something like tongs, with which he manages to separate the two plates. Everything turned out to be offensively simple.
For many, as, in fact, for the author of the post, this turned out to be a real discovery. The fact is that these separators have been in many Lego sets over the past few years, but people have used only a limited number of their functions.
For example, to detach a large part from a building board. And some did not even realize that such an instrument exists, because not all kits have it.
Within a few hours, the publication gained more than 30 thousand upvotes and almost a thousand comments from amazed users, because for them the news was comparable to the disclosure of secrets.
Apparently, quarantine still has enough advantages, because people have time to share similar life hacks that make life easier for many.
