LEGO Star Wars Battles - mobile online strategy that combines competitive combat, character collecting, and tower defence
Share

Warner bros Interactive and Lucasfilm Games have announced the LEGO Star Wars Battles - a new shareware game with the classic charm and humour of LEGO. The platforms are not so obvious - only iOS and Android.

We can expect a real-time strategy with elements of character collection and tower defence. The abilities of both sides of the Force were claimed - more than 40 units from all eras of the Star Wars universe, the collection of “decks” from cult characters and the arenas on iconic planets.

Game content will bring together all nine major movies of the franchise, as well as Rogue One: A Star Wars Story and the animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars. You will be able to play for such famous characters as Darth Vader, Luke Skywalker, Yoda, Boba Fett and more.

The game is being developed by TT Games - the studio responsible for numerous LEGO-games based on universes from movies, including "Harry Potter", "Indiana Jones", "Batman" and so on.

The release of LEGO Star Wars Battles is scheduled for 2020.
