FACT # 1. The LEGO® Company was founded in 1932. But this is unusual: the company initially produced ironing boards and created wooden toys. The first Company patent for its toys was released only on January 28, 1958.
FACT # 2. The main factory is located in Denmark. Every day it uses 60 tons of plastic for the production of parts. The total area of factories and offices is 210 thousand square meters, and more than 8 thousand people work in 37 companies. FACT # 19. There are 3,900 variations of LEGO® elements and 58 colors.
FACT # 20. If you build a pyramid of 40 billion LEGO® bricks, it will reach the moon. What is interesting, if you use the same elements, then the bottom brick will break under the weight of the others when their number in the pyramid is 375,000.
FACT # 21. During the production, the plastic is heated to 232 degrees, due to which it becomes similar to the dough.
